Information for Speaker

Submit your presentation abstract now and plan to engage Russian business in grain processing and industrial biotechnology at the longest-running biofuel conference in Russia and neighboring countries.

If we confirmed you as a speaker, I am pleased to include some logistical information about the event. 

Deadlines:

• The speaker's short biography (5-8 sentences) and speaker's picture (any size in .jpg format). We will use web-site/internet description if not receive your biography by November 1, 2021 by e-mail .
• Please send your presentation in .ppt or .pdf format to include in the Forum folder. We will print this presentation in black & white. Deadline for this submission - November 10, 2021
• Electronic version of your presentation will be set up on our computer during the coffee-break before your presentation. Please provide USB stick or send by email. 
• Please keep in mind that we have tight schedule and your presentation will be cut off, if the time will expire. Please provide some time for 2-3 questions.

Russian visa support: All foreign nationals are required to have entry visas to travel to the Russian Federation. Russian entry visas can be obtained at local Russian Embassy or Consulate, proper authorization (invitation) from the Passport and Visa Department (UVIR) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or specially authorized travel agencies is required.

The best way to get visa - is to request your hotel in Moscow to you a voucher for tourist visa. We strongly advise to apply for tourist visa - there are no problems to enter Russian to attend the forum. Please contact local Russian consulate to check visa processing time.

We would recommend staying at the Holiday Inn Lesnaya Hotel - the Forum venue.
