RF government to allow grain export shortly - Zubkov.
ST. PETERSBURG, November 21 (Itar-Tass) - The Russian government will shortly allow grain export bought in the Intervention Fund, Russian First Vice Prime Minister Viktor Zubkov said.
Zubkov took part in a congress of the United Russia party in St. Petersburg on Saturday.
"We will wait for the Ministry of Agriculture to prepare this resolution within days. The resolution will allow export of grain bought in the Intervention Fund," he said.
The Russian government will also wait for the Ministry of Agriculture to study and approve duties, which limit the import of living pigs used for meat. "It is necessary to approve these duties as soon as possible," Zubkov said.
The State Duma will approve a law on trade in December, he said.
This will establish the terms of payment for supplied products to trade networks. "Now everything will be strict - within 10, 30 or 45 days," the vice-prime minister explained.
"Bonuses have been annulled. We also gave up admission tickets, which got access to trade markets. The only thing that remained in the law is a possibility to determine trade margins for mediators who allow access to the domestic market," Zubkov said.
