Registration fee 750 EURO (late registration after November 10, 2024 is 850 EURO), it includes:

Early bird: if registration is paid before October 20, 2024, the fee is 650 EURO.
On-line participation: 390 EURO
Workshop registration: 300 EURO.

Payment conditions: Payments could be made by major credit cards or by bank transfer in US dollars or Russian rubles.
Cancellation policy: A cancellation fee of $100 will be applied to participants who cancel their attendance more then 16 days before the event. No refunds will be issued if cancellation was sent less than 16 days prior the event. Replacement of the registered participant is possible anytime without additional charge.
Language of the Congress: Russian and English, simultaneous translation is provided.
