Parliament of Kazakhstan adopted a law on state regulation of production and turnover of biofuels

/IRBIS, April 29, 2010/ - Today Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the plenary meeting has approved the first reading draft laws "On state regulation of biofuel production and trafficking" and "On introducing amendments and addenda to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on state regulation of production and Traffic in biofuels, "the press service of the upper chamber of parliament of Kazakhstan.
In conclusion, the Committee of Agrarian Affairs and Environment of the Senate noted that the bill is aimed at ensuring food security of state in the production of biofuels, the environment by reducing emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere, support for research and application of advanced scientific technologies in the production and trafficking biofuels,the introduction of rules allowing the government of Kazakhstan to determine the limiting volumes of production facilities for the production of biofuels.
As indicated in the message, also adopted the draft law "On housing relations", "On the Foreign Intelligence," "On Making Amendments and Addenda to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan" On Culture ".
As indicated, the decision on the latter two documents adopted at the end of the conciliation commission.
