Omsk region concludes tripartite agreement with Titan group and German company

Moscow/ 2011-11-02 - As part of a meeting of the head committee of the German-Russian Raw Material Forum, a tripartite agreement between the government of the Omsk Region, company group „Titan" and EPC Engineering Consulting GmbH (Germany) has been signed about the deep wheat processing in the Omsk Region. As a project part of the „Biocluster" Omsk, a future-oriented and exemplary agrarian industry complex, the company group „Titan" will erect a deep wheat processing plant and a production plant for lysine. EPC Engineering Consulting GmbH is going to perform the project control and equipment supply for those projects. The government of the Omsk region is going to support the required investment. High-ranking German representatives of science, industry and politics are members of the head committee of the German-Russian Raw Material Forum - e.g.
professor Klaus Topfer, patron of the Raw Material Forum and former Undersecretary General and Executive Director of the Environment Program of the United Nations, former Bavarian Prime Minister, Dr. Edmund Stoiber as well as the foreign policy expert, Prof. Horst Teltschik.
